As declared by G.O.I. vide S.O.M.816 (E) dated 23-10-1995 , read with S.O.No. 267(E), 2014 as amended by G.O.I.:

SCHEMES

Schemes for Notified National Minorities in collaboration with "National Minorities Development and Finance Corporation (NMDFC), Ministry of Minority Affairs (MMA), Govt. of India, New Delhi"

The schemes is for socio-economic upliftmentof eligible Notified National Minorities category persons, to establish income generating units.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA PRESCRIBED BY NMDFC

Applicant should belong to Notified National Minorities category.
Applicant should be permanent resident of the J&K State.
Applicant should have the Annual family income below Double the Poverty Line ( DPL), i.e. Rs 81,000/= p.a. for Rural and Rs.1,03000/= p.a. for Urban areas under Credit Line-I & Rs.8.00 p.a. irrespective of Rural/Urban under Credit Line-II.
Applicant should be unemployed
Applicant should having necessary skill/ experience in the activity/ trade applied for.
The applicant who intends to avail loan for purchase of vehicle should have valid driving license for the type of vehicle applied for.
Applicant should not be a defaulter of any bank/ financial institution .

The NMDFC has segregated the financing schemes into the following two categories with differential quantum of loan & interest rates for beneficiaries from different income groups.
